I consider myself having Cindarella feet the perfect structure, not to narrow or to wide I wear easy a size “7″ sometime depending on size and the cut of a boot or shoes, sometime I wear a size “6″ or “6 1/2″, but the problem wasn’t the comfort it was the stuggle getting it over my heel, it is badly designed, I felt slipping on the boot entrance was so narrow, “I dont have big ankles”, But the entrance felt like sticking your foot in the size of a golf hole, but once the boot was on after a 15-20min strenuous battle trying to put the boot on, and once the boot was on the boot felt like a hand in the perfect glove, because of the disappointment with the entrance, I had to return them, other then that, I love the look, the hill size “2 1/2″ very sophisticated look.

…these boots ARE like wearing slippers!
first, i must say that i’m a huge corso como fan. aside from being on the pricier side (i’ve always purchased my CC shoes at sale or discounted prices), they are incredibly well made shoes, with great style, and best of all are ECO friendly and “fair trade”! the company has its headquarters in brazil, where the shoes are made, and each pair of shoes comes with an insert that tells you all about fair wages, no child labor, health/safety, etc. they also use recyclable paper with all packaging – no plastic.
AND, they say they donate a portion of every sale to charity.
finally, the pollyana shoes. i read another reviewer say they were like wearing slippers. i thought, that’s not possible – plus, no slippers have a 2 inch heel on them! well, they were right – and i don’t even wear heels! the leather is soft, and it GIVES, which means no rubbing or sore spots. i am so in love with these boots.
a word to the wise: buy a half size up. i recently “graduated” to a 9.5 from a 9 (maybe it’s all the yoga?), and they fit perfectly. however, corso como notoriously runs a little small, from what i can tell personally, and from other reviews on other shoes.
lastly – larger calved ladies, you’re in for a treat! i’m always worried that my calves won’t fit into nice leather boots, but the pollyana is roomy! they fit my larger calf AND there’s room for a skinny jean.
the only con: there’s not much traction on the soles of the boot. just be careful on smooth, slippery or wet surfaces.
