I bought these boots after reading the over-the-knee description, and they’re not really thigh-high. They hit your knee, and then slouch a bit, because they’re also not as tight as you’d think a boot that has elastics in the back would be. I’ve never stretched the elastics. That being said, they’re nice boots, especially for the price, color representation is 100% correct, and I’ve got tons of compliemnts. They run a little small, though, an 8 was perfect and I normally do 7-7.5.
